Our invoice templates provide businesses with a professional, respected and trusted image, which can also incorporate your logo. Our formats help your clients easily understand what is due and what has been paid. We also have the ability to include marketing or other materials with billing.

MoonGate Accounts uses electronic invoicing and distribution methods. Our technology enables us to accurately create invoices faster and deliver them faster – which means faster payments for you!

We can provide traditional print and mail methods to accommodate those who wish this preference. Again, we can provide your marketing or other materials with the invoices.

Our ACH facilities are geared towards businesses that have regular, reoccurring client payments, and allow clients to pre-authorize bank debits to meet business requirements. This means that payments can be received automatically in a timely manner prior to or soon after the client has been serviced, and eliminates the need for invoicing.

Credit Card

Establishing a merchant account/credit card facility can be time consuming and frustrating. Accepting credit cards is absolutely necessary in today’s digital world. Consumers demand choice; consumers demand more! Now, you can cost-effectively provide it to them. Our credit card facility can be utilized to accommodate automated reoccurring payments, traditional on-site payments and call-in payments.

Online Transfers

Many clients utilize electronic banking, and appreciate the convenience of not having to physically enter an office to make payments. That is why we offer clients the ability to make Online Transfers to us, on your behalf, from any local bank.

Reception desk to receive Cash

MoonGate Accounts is conveniently located on Church Street, Hamilton across from The Cathedral. For those businesses who wish to offer their clients the option of paying at a central location, by cash or card, we can provide that solution as well.

Our exquisite offices are professional, safe and secure to receive funds on your behalf.

Businesses can utilize one or all of these payment platforms, and leave all reconciliation and receipt distribution to MoonGate Accounts.
