Whether you’re at home, on the job or traveling the world, MoonGate Evacuation Services is there to provide you with best-in-class emergency medical transportation, and protect you from catastrophic financial loss. MoonGate Evacuation Service has qualified and experienced personnel trained as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Paramedics, Registered Nurses and Physicians. The medical crews, pilots, support staff – even phone operators – are all on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and are thoroughly trained to handle each call with expertise and care.
According to the Insurance Act 1978, this is not “insurance”; however, you have the assurance that MoonGate Evacuation Service will do anything possible to help you and your family through a medical emergency.
This is why we offer our services for a low annual membership fee that will never increase as long as membership is maintained. That’s also why all flights and services are covered completely free of cost. But what we don’t have is just as important:
MoonGate Evacuation Services is designed to protect you against catastrophic financial loss when emergencies arise by providing you with medical transportation.
Should a member suffer a serious illness or injury resulting in hospitalization and if the member is in need of specialized treatment not available locally, then MoonGate Evacuation Services shall fly them to the nearest appropriate medical facility capable of providing such specialized treatment.

MoonGate Evacuation Services will provide air transportation of an organ to be used in an organ transplant.
MoonGate Evacuation Services shall fly a member to the commercial airport nearest the medical facility where an organ transplant is scheduled to happen.
If a member is hospitalized while away from home, MoonGate Evacuation Services will fly them home to recuperate in familiar surroundings.
If a member requires emergency air transport, MoonGate Evacuation Services will fly the member’s spouse, family member or friend to accompany them in the air ambulance.
If a member is hospitalized while away from his/her home for more than 7 days, the member may select a family member to visit them during confinement. MoonGate Evacuation Services will provide round trip, common carrier air transportation for the person selected.
When minor children or grandchildren are left unattended as a result of a member using MoonGate Evacuation Services air ambulance, MoonGate Evacuation Services will provide one-way common carrier air transport for return of the children to the commercial airport nearest the place of residence of the children. A qualified attendant shall accompany the children.
MoonGate Evacuation Services will return vehicles such as cars, vans, RVs or trucks owned or rented by the member when illness, injury or death requires use of the air ambulance services provided by MoonGate Evacuation Services. The vehicle will be carried to the member’s place of residence or rental vehicles will be returned to the nearest rental company office or agent.
In the event a member dies while away from his/her place of residence, MoonGate Evacuation Services will return his/her remains to the commercial airport nearest his/her residence.
MoonGate Evacuation Services Membership coverage shall be extended to a worldwide basis.

The UPC bar code on the back of our new MoonGate Evacuation Services cards can be scanned at one of our partner’s locations and a discount will be applied. Our partners include food stores, drug stores, airlines, eye clinics, internet and cable providers, and more.
For MoonGate Evacuation Service members who specifically want to be flown to the United States in the case of a significant medical emergency, the Hospital of Your Choice plan allows you to choose a region of the United States that you would prefer to be flown to.
