The MoonGate Group is pleased to announce and feature a New Partnership with Bright Speech Therapy in our HealthGap Vendor Program.
Bright Speech Therapy is a new service to Bermuda. Speech and Language Therapist Mystere Monteiro. Mrs. Monteiro recognized the dire need for community based SLPs in 2019 when she returned to Bermuda. She also identified a need for resources catering specifically to the autistic population. Through conversations she learned of families having to relocate overseas in search of help for their child/children. After repeatedly hearing these stories, she felt compelled to provide a bridge for children like these, in my Bermuda home. Thus, she has chosen to dedicate her focus to serving the paediatric population, including the autistic population, for which she’s experienced in assessing and treating the following disorders:
Speech – the way in which sounds are produced
– Language – the ability to understand and use language
– Fluency – the ability to speak with adequate rate and rhythm
– Social/Pragmatic – the use and understanding of verbal and nonverbal language to communicate effectively.
Bright Speech Therapy is located in the City of Hamilton on 31 Queen Street, 2nd Floor Suite 206.
